A 1914 sf old 1890 Bloomingdale brick row house on quiet tree-lined street that was fully gutted, rehabbed, 480 sf 3rd floor popup and 100 sf rear extension added to convert this building into a 2494 sf luxury 4 bedrooms, den and 3.5 bathrooms new high-end charming row house. Feature includes: Carrera marble kitchen countertops with Thermador stainless appliances, center island, wine fridge, & 2 sinks, marble baths, spacious bedrooms, private terrace off MBR suite, rear deck, 2 outdoor storage rooms and off-street parking.

2129 N Street, NW Washington, DC

Gorgeous and spacious two unit Apartment building, two story loft style apartment with very high ceilings and within 2 blocks of DuPont Circle. This apartment building is close to Georgetown, George Washington University, IMF, World Bank and State Department! Though already was stunning, the building was recently fully remodeled to the highest standards with new kitchen, new HVAC, new Paint, new tile floors.... Our SOW included demolition and underpinning of foundation footings.

3916 W. Cold Spring Lane Baltimore, MD 21202

An elegant 2272 sf historic brick SF house that was fully gutted. Feature includes: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, hardwood and carpet floors, new kitchenette with SS appliances, bathrooms with soaking tub and granite counter. Our SOW included selected demolition and deconstruction of interior features to make way for redesign and rehab to its original 1900's design and construction.

10800 Brookes Reserve Road Upper Marlboro, MD

An elegant 4000 plus sf brick SFH in which the entire 1200 sf basement was flooded. The basement was fully gutted and rehabbed back to its former glory days. Feature includes: hardwood and carpet floors, new kitchenette with SS appliances, bathrooms, granite counter and fireplace.

703 S. Linwood Avenue Baltimore, MD

A 1348 sf 1900's brick row house that was fully gutted and rehabbed into an impeccable 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms space. Feature includes: hardwood floors, new kitchen with SS appliances, granite counter and peninsular, roof top deck with view of city and harbour' off street parking and new façade.

600 New Hampshire Avenue, NW 6th Floor Suite 640, Washington, DC

Interior demolition and build out of an existing 1795 sf office space on the 6th floor at 600 New Hampshire Avenue, NW (Watergate Office Building) for law firm.

The space feature includes: three large store front offices, reception and vestibule entry area, pantry and LAN closet, computer room and work rooms. Our SOW included demolition, carpentry and installation of all finishes (drywall, ceilings, cabinets, flooring & trims, painting, carpet, door & frames).

10210 Greenbelt Road Greenbelt, MD

Interior demolition and build out of an existing 3000 sf office space on Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD for a Dialysis Center. The space feature includes: patient rooms, large store front offices, reception and vestibule entry area, employee pantry and work rooms.

Our SOW included demolition of an old bank space including removal of existing 1950 concrete vault, safe and ATM, rough and finish carpentry and installation of all finishes (drywall, ceilings, cabinets, flooring & trims, painting, carpet, door & frames).

2435 Lakeview Avenue Baltimore, MD

A historic multifamily apartment building that consists of twelve (12) rented units. Our SOW included demolition of front façade and full restoration back to its original 1900's design and construction.

This scope included: new 16'-0” and 8'-0” long fiberglass Tuscan Tapered columns, styrofoam dentil course and cornice, eaves, wooden railing, flooring, rough and finish carpentry, installation of all finishes (drywall, ceilings, trims and painting).

BRANCH BANKS – Base Building & Tenant Improvement MD, VA & DC

Responsible for the delivery of over twenty (20) prototypical branch banks located in MD, VA and DC, project size range from 2,000 SF – 4,200 SF with a price range of $1.5 – $4.0 million.

I supervised a team of Architects, Engineers, General Contractor, Consultants and Vendors from the programming phase through to closeout and LEED commissioning. My team successfully delivered each project on time and on-budget.

800 17th Street – Tenant Improvement Washington, DC

A 4,500 SF state of the art Branch Bank. I supervised a team of Architects, Engineers, General Contractor, Consultants and Vendors from the programming phase through to closeout and LEED commissioning, total budget of $3.5 million. My team successfully delivered this project on-time and on-budget.

1331 L Street, NW – Core & Shell Washington DC

A 12-story, 180,000 SF Class-A office building located in Washington, DC. Construction began with the demolition of an existing parking lot and the excavation and remediation of 3 stories of contaminated soils that would become below-grade parking. The cast-in-place concrete and steel structure is adorned with a high-end curtain wall exterior and architectural metal trellis on the roof of the building. The project has efficient water, mechanical and electrical System, enhanced refrigerant management, diverts a minimum of 75% of construction waste from a landfill, and uses local and recycled materials as well as FSC Certified Wood, and low VOC materials among other green qualities.

Located on a site with views to the White House and Washington Monument, this 12-story, Class-A office building located in the nation's capital is the crowing jewel of modern architecture design and sustainable construction methodology and material. The building comprises of 375,000 SF of office space, three (3) levels underground parking, 30,000 SF green roof, 1,500 SF green wall, eco lobby, two stories high water feature, state-of-the-are lighting, mechanical and plumbing systems, Gen2 elevators and a glass bridge.

I supervised a team of ten (10) professionals including; Architects, Engineers, General Contractor, Consultants and Vendors from the programming phase through to closeout and LEED commissioning with a total budget of $260 million. My team successfully delivered this project on-time, under-budget and according to specification.
